Yes! We regularly ship parcels to the other side of the world. International orders are sent in extra secure, protected packaging to ensure they arrive safely to you.

We have the utmost respect for your privacy. All orders are sent with plain discreet packaging.

Bank Transfer: You can make a payment through your online banking. Simply select this option at checkout, and we will email you our account details and payment instructions. If you do not receive this email,  please contact us.

When making a payment, select ‘pay a company’ if you have the option. Please use your order number as the payment reference, so we can identify which order you are paying for. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email. Once your payment has been received, we will send a payment confirmation email.

It can take up to 24 hours for payments to be confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours, or have any problems or questions, please email us.

Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies: Paying with bitcoin & cryptocurrencies is as easy as paying with your credit card using Coinbase. Not to mention, you get a FREE extra item with your order when you pay with Crypto. Simply create an account with Coinbase, and purchase the cryptocurrency of your choice. 

You can buy crypto with your credit/debit card and add it to your Coinbase wallet. Just select ‘Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies at checkout and log into your Coinbase account to pay.

Cash in Post: Select this payment method at the checkout and we will email you the instructions. Please send all payments in GBP.

Once your payment has been received by us, we will email you an order confirmation to confirm the purchase.

Comprehensive grow guides and instructions for our kits can be found on the guides section of our website.

There will be an expiry date on your grow kit. We strongly advise you to inoculate the kit prior to this date. If you do not plan to inoculate your kit immediately, it is best practise to store it in the fridge to keep it as fresh as possible.

There will be an expiry date on any gourmet liquid culture purchased from us. Please store liquid cultures in the fridge, but NEVER freeze!

Our grow guides are a great place to start. They cover all the information you will need to grow mushrooms, from start to finish. We have also compiled a troubleshooting tips and tricks guide to help if you get stuck. 

If you have a separate question about growing mushrooms that we do not cover in our guides, feel free to contact us. We are always happy to offer our expertise and help take your grow to the next level.
